Do you like piña colada.....

Hello friends,


I asked my husband this question a few nights ago in all seriousness because I wanted him to taste the drink that I had mixed up which was BLOWING MY TASTEBUDS AWAY! It's super simple and real quick to make so I thought I would share it here. I've been drinking two giant Yeti tumblers a day of this for about a week, and still love it! The ACV in it helps my blood sugars to come down if they are high because it helps reduce insulin resistance. Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar also contains a substance called mother, which consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky appearance. It can help kill pathogens, including bacteria. ACV can help give a feeling of fullness, and one study has shown it to reduce belly fat. There's nothing to lose by adding it to your drinks, and it give this particular drink a little lovely zing.


Here is the recipe:


Piña Colada All Day Sipper

ingredients:

1 VERY generous tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

1 dook of THM Pure Stevia *

a hefty dash of pineapple extract (I use THM Pineapple Natural Burst)

a hefty dash of coconut extract (I use THM Coconu Natural Burst)


Directions:

fill your cup with a good amount of ice and top up with water


And that's it! Get caught in the rain, make love at midnight, and enjoy the taste of this delicious drink.

* This stevia is the best I've found. I thought I didn't like stevia, but this stuff is so good and has no aftertaste.
