Trim Healthy Mama On Plan PSL

Hello Mamas! Pumpkin Spice Latte season is upon us! I lived overseas for 12 years and it wasn't often that I got to have a PSL although I would dream of them and be sad I was missing out while everyone was posting theirs like crazy all over Facebook. Well, my tastebuds have incredibly changed and now I find Starbucks PSL so sickly sweet that I don't even want it. But the other day I thought, "Self, I think we can mix one up on our own!" Here's the recipe I came up with. It is delicious and a THM Fuel Pull so appropriate to pair with either E or S fuels.

On Plan PSL Recipe:

•1 mug full of your favorite coffee.

•1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

•1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin (option but a lovely creamy addition with mega health benefits)

•spoonful of THM Integral Collagen

•1/2 tsp of MCT oil

•1-2 tsp of Half and Half (optional, but delicious)

•1 T of canned puréed pumpkin

Gentle Sweet or Super Sweet if you like your coffee sweet (I don't, but lots and lots of mamas do!)


•Put all ingredients into either a blender container or a tall wide mouth jar.

•Use either your blender or an immersion blender and whiz that up for about 20 seconds. Let it rest of 10-15 seconds, and whiz again for another 20 seconds. You'll be left with a lovely, frothy, foamy latte.

•Pour that creamy goodness back into your mug and enjoy!
